La garantie ne couvre que les dommages et défauts résultant de causes inhérentes à l'appareil vendu.
La garantie ne couvre pas:
dommages mécaniques et défauts causés par ceux-ci
dommages résultant d'une mauvaise utilisation ou d'un stockage du produit non conforme au manuel d'utilisation et aux règles de sécurité
les dommages causés par des facteurs externes tels que l'inondation de liquide, l'humidité, une température trop élevée ou trop basse, les rejets atmosphériques, les agents chimiques et d'autres facteurs indépendants de la volonté du Garant
dommages résultant de réparations et de modifications non autorisées
dommages résultant de l'usure naturelle, tels que : rayures, salissures, abrasions
Les frais de transport et de diagnostic du produit pourront être facturés au client si le produit envoyé dans le cadre de la réclamation au titre de la garantie est fonctionnel ou si ses défauts résultent d'une mauvaise utilisation du produit.
Les défauts qui surviennent pendant la période de garantie seront réparés gratuitement, dès que possible, ce qui ne doit pas dépasser 14 jours à compter de la date d'acceptation de l'équipement pour la réparation. Le délai peut être prolongé si la réparation nécessite l'importation de pièces détachées et autres situations aléatoires indépendantes de la volonté de Godox.
Godox n'est pas responsable des pertes financières et autres conséquences de droit civil causées par un défaut de l'appareil annoncé (perte de profit, de chiffre d'affaires, incapacité d'exercer une activité).
Si il est nécessaire de livrer le matériel au service SAV, le Client est tenu d'envoyer le matériel dans un emballage correctement sécurisé avec des charges afin qu'il n'y ait aucun risque de détérioration du matériel pendant le transport. En cas de dommage, les frais sont à la charge du client. Les colis contre remboursement ne seront pas acceptés. Les demandes de service peuvent être faites directement sur le site Web ou en personne au point d'achat du produit.
